No one under 18 will legally get a tattoo in New York state regardless of parental consent. Every person must provide valid photo ID with every tattoo - this includes a drivers license, non-driver ID, military ID, pistol permit or passport.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will ever be tattooed.
Tattoo deposits are nonrefundable.
All tattoo artists handle their own scheduling and pricing inquiries personally. Please contact your preferred artist via email (listed below) to make an appointment, for a quote, or if you have any questions. For the fastest response, please include as much detail as possible about what you’re looking to get done (like the location, size, and design of the tattoo).
